Fusion Extreme Permanent perfect solution for Polar Vortex

In winters like this, with the coining of terms such as “Polar Vortex”, it’s only natural that these extreme temperatures and weather conditions call for tough, durable products.  When you have labeling applications that are subjected to adverse weather and other demanding conditions, and the project calls for digital printing on your high heat toner equipment, we have a great product for you called Fusion Extreme Permanent. Fusion Extreme Permanent is made with a polyurethane coated polyester fabric face stock.  This is important for a number of reasons.  The smooth polyurethane Fusion Extreme Permanent face stock creates a durable, robust and easy-to-print face stock.   If by chance you get a jam in your high heat toner fuser unit vinyl labels can melt while our polyester fabric face stock will not.  And unlike vinyl labels which will stretch, yellow, sag, get brittle and crack over time, our Fusion Extreme Permanent face stock is engineered to last. If you’ve been searching for waterproof paper, our new 6 mil Fusion Soft Polyester Lite is an ultra-light version of our highly popular Fusion Soft Polyester line of synthetic papers. This durable paper is perfect for a wide variety of applications ranging from racing bibs to pages of outdoor books and manuals. Being very lightweight and conformable, racing bibs printed on 6 mil Fusion Soft Polyester Lite won’t hinder the runner or biker at all. Whatever the weather conditions, this durable product is up to the challenge. Unlike printing on Tyvek® paper, which is often used for race bibs, but can only be safely printed on traditional Offset or HP Indigo presses, 6 mil Fusion Soft Polyester Lite runs beautifully on high heat toner production digital equipment, and outperforms print fidelity expectations. You should know that if you run Tyvek® or vinyl paper on your high heat toner digital equipment and get a jam, these low melt point substrates will melt and ruin the fuser unit. Inkjet Woven Fabric Repositionable

Inkjet Woven Fabric Repositionable Inkjet Woven Fabric Repositionable by Fusion Digital Paper™ is made of a woven polyester fabric face stock that is tear, water and UV resistant.  The durable woven polyester fabric face stock will not stretch when peeled off and reapplied, so it is much better than stickers made from vinyl paper.  The super conformable fabric face stock is also superior to aid in sticking to non-smooth surfaces.  It is so conformable you can even apply this product around corners. Inkjet Woven Fabric Repositionable has a repositionable adhesive that will adhere to painted walls, wood cabinets, glass and metal.  Our adhesive will not only stick to virtually any surface, it’s also repositionable, and so it can easily be moved again and again.  It’s like a magnet, but better, because you’re not limited to just metal surfaces.
