Fusion Canvas Print Mount was designed to target the “Photo on Demand” market with a product that offers a faster print finishing solution.  Rather than the current labor-intensive technique of printing canvas and then stretching the canvas over a frame and stapling, Fusion Canvas Print Mount’s pressure sensitive adhesive allows you to print canvas and quickly mount your canvas print to a rigid board.

Fusion Canvas Print Mount is a poly-linen, semi-gloss print canvas backed with our proprietary, permanent synthetic rubber mounting adhesive and polyester film liner.  This adhesive has excellent adhesion to Ecor, HDF, MDF, Paper, Aluminum, Glass, Rigid PVC, Masonite Board, Polycarbonate, and most low-energy surfaces.  Fusion Canvas Print Mount is printable on Solvent, Eco-Solvent, Latex and UV/LED cure print platforms.

Fusion Canvas Print Mount provides crisp images, color pop and great ink adhesion.  We make Fusion Canvas Print Mount in 60” wide rolls for the wide format market.  We also custom sheet for production sheet fed UV printers with very reasonable minimum order quantities.    

The most common way to mount your Fusion Canvas Print Mount is to run it through a nip roller to laminate the piece to the board you are using.  Once again, you will see how well our custom-fabricated adhesive mounts to you desired surface and produces a better solution for the “Photo on Demand” market.
