Over the years, we’ve had numerous requests from customers seeking a rigid polyester sheet that they could run digitally without any static issues and that was also foldable. Today, after extensive in-field testing, we are proud to introduce our newest product, 13 mil Fusion Polyester Cover. Made in the USA with our proprietary manufacturing process, 13 mil Fusion Polyester Cover runs STATIC FREE on high heat toner production digital equipment. This unique feature avoids the usual static electricity problems common with top coated digital polyester films. This product truly prints with paper-like runnability, yet has the durability of a synthetic product. Print finishing processes are also just like paper in that it can be immediately run on the second side or jogged, stacked, punched, or cut directly after digitally printing. And yes, it is foldable, making 13 mil Fusion Polyester Cover unique in this category. So not only is this a rigid, durable polyester product, but also when creased and boned provides a finished product with a layflat fold.
