Fusion Digital Paper™ Helps You Stand Out From The Crowd

In today’s world, there are numerous marketing tools to build your brand and help differentiate you from your competitors. Whether it’s with traditional marketing or any of the options available with the internet, one thing remains constant – we are all trying to Stand Out From The Crowd. The sample pictured at the left, printed on Fusion Woven Fabric Repositionable, is representative of the Fusion Digital Paper™ product line, the most diverse array of substrates manufactured specifically for production toner digital printing platforms and designed to help you create unique solutions that make you, and your customers, Stand Out From The Crowd. Fusion Woven Fabric Repositionable starts with a tough polyester fabric face stock that is both waterproof and tear resistant. Our face stock does not shrink, stretch, yellow, or become brittle and crack when exposed to sunlight like vinyl. And unlike vinyl, it will NOT melt if you get a jam in your fuser unit. Although our face stock is durable, it’s also pliable, which means that our face stock conforms to the surface it is applied to resulting in full sheet surface contact for superior grip strength. In fact, Fusion Woven Fabric Repositionable is perfect for challenging surfaces such as

See Fusion’s Educational Menu Sample

For a number of years we have been working directly with restaurant owners all over the country to help them select the best paper for their menus, and this process has been, and continues to be, a valuable learning experience. One thing we’ve learned is that while printers like smoothness, restaurant owners love the silky, velvety feel of 10 and 12 mil Fusion Soft Polyester and 13 mil Fusion Polyester Cover.  Restaurant owners are passionate, driven entrepreneurs that want a unique menu to help them stand out in an increasingly crowded market. Restaurant owners also say that they throw dirty and stained menus in the trash.  They tell us that durability is irrelevant if the menu does not look first class, and that’s what makes the stain resistant feature on 10 and 12 mil Fusion Soft Polyester and 13 mil Fusion Polyester Cover unmatched for this application among digital synthetic substrates. But learning is a two way street, and that’s why we created our Bubba’s Grill & Grub sample menu with the printer blue line captions so that you can better understand the features and benefits of this product for menu applications as well as how to properly care for

Happy Holidays and Thank You for a Great 2015!

As we rapidly approach the end of 2015, we would like to take a moment to thank you for giving us the opportunity to work with you this year.  With your help it was another excellent year for Fusion Digital Paper™, with strong growth both domestically and abroad. The digital synthetic and pressure sensitive category is constantly expanding, and being the manufacturer of Fusion Digital Paper™, the most diverse substrate offering in this category, is quite exciting.  It allows us to continue to help customers get the most out of their digital equipment investments, and conquer new markets and opportunities.  One of the most rewarding parts of our job is hearing about all the end use applications customers have found for our substrates. We assure you that we are not resting on past successes, and as our industry continues to evolve, so will our Fusion Digital Paper™ product line.  For example, this year our 13 mil Fusion Polyester Cover was launched with great success.  Created due to customer demand for a thick, rigid substrate with static free runnability that did not sacrifice waterproof and tear resistance features, we accomplished all of this and more by also making it foldable, stain

Wanted: A better choice for indoor and outdoor signage

It just doesn’t get much easier.  You create some cool graphics, pull out some Fusion Woven Fabric Repositionable with Split Back Liner, print it up on your high heat toner production equipment, and place it on the wall.  Literally any signage, wall graphics, artwork, or pictures you create that are 12″ x 18″ or smaller are a snap to produce, and can be immediately used for any promotion. Fusion Woven Fabric Repositionable with Split Back Liner is viable for both indoor and outdoor applications because our polyester fabric face stock is waterproof and tear resistant.  The conformable fabric face stock will go on curved surfaces, or around corners for that matter. So if a community center wants to put the “Wanted: Flag Football Players” poster, pictured below, all over town they can do so easily and with the assurance that their message will last.  That includes on a painted wall in the library, on the glass windows of restaurants, on a painted block wall in the elementary school gymnasium, on metal lockers, on laptops, or wrapped around light poles.  It works on all these approved surfaces, and it will stick great but peel off cleanly. The split back liner is
