Fusion ToneCard 9 is a new economical option for any project that needs to be waterproof and tear resistant.
Fusion ToneCard 9 is a heat stabilized, synthetic sheet that is waterproof and tear resistant. Engineered with our proprietary toner top coating, Fusion ToneCard 9 is optimized for production high heat toner digital equipment.
Fusion ToneCard 9 has a smooth surface that is soft to the touch. The tactile feel will help hold the end user’s attention on the print collateral, thus maximizing the impact of your message. This product is ideal for the demands of any durable project, but is suited specifically for these applications: shelf talkers; hang tags, parking passes, or permits; POP displays; outdoor books or manuals and flight or sailing logs; and single or tri-fold brochures and saddle-stitched books.
Although this product is a top coated film, it does have excellent folding characteristics that are truly unique when compared to other digital films, which have too much memory to fold effectively. If folded correctly, like with a Morgana Creaser, and then hand boned if a true layflat fold is needed, Fusion ToneCard 9 can be a new solution for durable single or tri-fold brochures and saddle stitched booklets that are best produced digitally.
