Fusion Digital Satin Fabric

Fusion Digital Satin Fabric is a coated one-side satin polyester fabric. Once upon a time, it seemed like a dream to have a cloth-like fabric paper that offered both the runnability of a Cheetah on the Serengeti through high heat toner digital equipment along with excellent image fidelity and toner adhesion. Today, thanks to this revolutionary Fusion Digital Paper™ product, it is a reality. It also performs well during print finishing operations such as sewing, cutting and grommeting. It is highly resistant to shrinking or curling and is very resistant to degradation from rot, mildew and moisture. In short, this tear resistant, waterproof paper is great for outdoor applications. Some popular end uses include private branding mattress labels for mattress manufacturing companies, personalized award ribbons, custom bookmarks, industrial harness labels, and custom event pennants.
Aqueous Inkjet Tyvek® by Fusion Digital Paper™

Aqueous Inkjet Tyvek® by Fusion Digital Paper™ is a top coated Tyvek® product that is tear and water resistant and extremely pliable. The Tyvek® product is renowned for durability and will not stretch like vinyl paper does. The super pliable face stock is also a superior product for applications where you want both strength and foldability. Our proprietary top coating yields excellent print fidelity and assists in a reasonable drying time. After allowing full drying time of 30 minutes, the product can be immersed under water with minimal ink bleeding or running. It also will fold extremely well and is very crack resistant. Some field reports have noted that there can be an issue with the printing surface if the product is completely soaked and then rubbed, but for virtually all normal applications for a product like this, such as maps, military applications, racing bibs, sailing charts, or personalized bookmarks, this is an industrial strength product that you can produce on your desktop inkjet printer.

Waterproof and tear resistant, our durable 6 mil Fusion Soft Polyester Lite features STATIC FREE runnability for enhanced productivity. This is no small detail, especially with light weight polyester products. Those who have attempted to run polyester sheets on digital equipment can attest to the fact that static is an all-too-common
occurrence. However, all our Fusion Soft Polyester calipers have eliminated the static issues on the feeding and receiving ends of your digital printing equipment and will also perform STATIC FREE in your print finishing department. So, you can immediately flip and run on the second side or jog, stack, punch, and cut directly after printing. In addition, 6 mil Fusion Soft Polyester Lite has excellent layflat folding characteristics, which makes it great for foldable maps and other foldable, durable outdoor products. Additional end uses include flight and sailing logs, saddle-stitched books, racing bibs, MSDS sheets and outdoor manuals.
